The RCF350C is a newly upgraded borewell digging machine developed by Rancheng Machinery to make water well drilling more efficient, reliable, and easier to operate in complex field environments. Building on years of practical experience, this model introduces structural and functional upgrades that address real drilling challenges faced by users.
One of the key improvements is the hydraulic rod magazine, which allows the machine to carry and load drill rods automatically. Many rigs on the market require auxiliary lifting tools or manual handling, which increases labor costs and reduces efficiency. With this system, the RCF350C can transport and load rods together with the rig, ensuring faster site setup and smoother drilling operations.
To support consistent drilling performance, the rig is equipped with 51 mm inner-diameter air pipes, ensuring smooth fluid circulation even when using centrifugal pumps. This design eliminates concerns about restricted flow, providing stable performance in deep and long-duration drilling.
Durability and maintenance have also been optimized. All sheet metal components are made from high-strength stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to rust, corrosion, and color fading. The lower sprocket is protected by a new dust cover, while the wellhead plate features a detachable centering sleeve to meet various bore sizes and operational needs.
The structural stability of the machine is enhanced through a main boom sub-frame made from a single bent steel plate, fully welded for strength. An additional secondary frame is integrated beneath the chassis beam, improving balance and reducing vibration during operation. These design upgrades ensure that the RCF350C maintains steady drilling performance even on uneven or sloped terrain.
Power comes from a 91 kW Yuchai four-cylinder diesel engine, delivering robust output for both soft and hard formation drilling. Combined with its efficient hydraulic system and well-balanced chassis, the RCF350C provides a powerful yet stable drilling experience.
